Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of Corwells, a boutique South-East QLD commercial real estate firm focused on the Industrial asset class. With a career spanning 19 years, Paul established himself in Brisbane’s Southside with LJ Hooker Commercial then further broadening his experience with CBRE. In 2012 he saw a gap in the Northern Gold Coast market and established Corwells with the aim of providing a more comprehensive level of service for his clients.

Since that time Paul has handled the full spectrum of industrial transactions and has become a particularly dominant player in the project marketing of land sub-divisions, exclusively marketing many of Yatala’s land estates and the new industrial building developments emanating from those projects.

Paul’s focus on value creation and meeting market demand is the foundation of the long-standing relationships he has with his clients and the dominant market share he maintains within the Northern Gold Coast and Logan Industrial regions.
